Where do we ship?
Couture & Vie currently ships exclusively within the United States.

How does shipping work?
Every Couture & Vie piece is custom made-to-order. We only produce your item once your order is placed to support thoughtful, low-waste production.

Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for production.

Shipping Time
After production, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
• Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
• Orders under $100 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, transit delays may occur that are outside our control.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us — we will work with our production partner to request a replacement or carrier investigation.

Please note: we cannot replace or refund orders where an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.
