The Atelier Standard: Hygiene & Safety To maintain a pristine environment for all our Muses, Couture & Vie adheres to the highest standards of health and safety. Because our pieces are designed for intimate contact with your companion, we maintain a strict hygiene barrier. Once an item has entered a home environment, it cannot be reintroduced to our collection.
Made-to-Order & Final Sale: Each Couture & Vie piece is custom-crafted specifically for you and your companion. Due to the bespoke nature of our production and strict hygiene protocols, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This ensures that every item delivered is guaranteed to be 100% free of allergens, scents, or biological dander from other animals.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives with a structural defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us at support@couturevie.com within 14 days of delivery. To maintain the integrity of our hygiene record, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue before the item is used by your pet. We will gladly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Changes & Cancellations: Because orders are processed and moved into the "Atelier" phase promptly, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations once an order is in production. Please verify all architectural details and sizes before finalizing your order.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
